BISCOFF MILLIONAIRE SHORTBREAD

A slight twist on traditional millionaire's shortbread; this one is made with softly spiced, caramel-flavoured Biscoff biscuits. These slices have a crunchy, crumbly biscuit base, a layer of rich caramel in the middle, a smooth Belgian milk chocolate topping and a sprinkling of crushed Biscoff biscuits to finish.
