HOW IT WORKS
1. Set up a trade account with us*. Start by getting in touch (here) and telling us a few details about your business and what you're looking for. We'll guide you from there. |
2. Place your order by 12 noon. You can order online, by phone or via email. Our deadline for next-day delivery is 12 noon and we deliver every day from Monday to Saturday. |
3. Our vans deliver direct to you early the next morning. You can set up a safe place under cover, or provide us with a key if you won't be there. |
4. We invoice you at the end of each week. Invoices are sent to you by email, and BACS payments are preferred. |
*Please note, we are a business-to-business supplier only; we are unable to deliver to individual members of the public. If you are looking to buy our products for yourself, please refer to our stockist map to find an outlet near you.

ONLINE ORDERING Our online order system enables you to place, check and update your own orders in real time. You can view and edit a week’s worth of orders at once, amend/create standing orders, set up orders for future dates, see our entire retail range together with product photos to make ordering easier, and download copy invoices.
