WHOLESALE ENQUIRY FORM If you would like to speak to somebody about how our wholesale service works, find out whether or not we can cover your location, view our price list or ask anything else wholesale-related, please complete this form in the first instance and let us know how we can help you. Further instructions on how to complete each field can be found by hovering over the '?' icon for the relevant section. In the message field, please be sure to tell us what sort of business you are running, where it is, and a little information about the types of products you are looking to source. It is also helpful if you can give us a realistic idea of the quantities you will need and the likely frequency of your orders. If you would prefer to speak to somebody over the phone, you can give us a call on (01485) 533457. Please note, we are a business-to-business supplier only; we are unable to deliver to individual members of the public. NEW ACCOUNT APPLICATION FORM If you have already confirmed with our office that we can deliver to your business and you would like to apply for a wholesale account with us, please complete our New Account Application Form. You can download the form by clicking on the "Download File" link in this section, then fill it in on your computer, before saving it and emailing it over to [email protected]. Alternatively, you can print it out as a blank form and fill it out manually if you prefer. This can then be posted to us, or scanned and emailed. All fields must be completed, including the provision of two business references. These must be two unrelated businesses that you deal with on a regular basis - ideally with whom you hold a credit account - that you are happy for us to contact for a reference. Applications will not be processed until satisfactory reference checks have been completed. Please allow ample time for application processing. This ordinarily takes a few working days, but can be delayed if we encounter a lack of response from your chosen referees. Our office will get in touch with you once your account is ready to go, or if they have any questions about your application.
