Our Easter rocky road is a fun, family-friendly tray bake made from a mixture of Belgian milk chocolate, marshmallows and digestive biscuits, all topped with a thick layer of marbled Belgian milk and white chocolate. We hide a mini Cadbury's Creme Egg in every single slice, so children (and the young at heart) can have great fun hunting for it.
