500G HOT CROSS SOURDOUGH COB
Our hot cross sourdough is filled with the same spiced fruit and citrus mixture that gives hot cross buns their distinctive flavour. The dried fruit is steeped in hot water and bun spice before being mixed through our traditional white sourdough. The dough is then left for 24 hours to develop before being baked.
The loaf offers a delicious, and slightly less sweet, alternative for Easter. Since it contains no milk, it is also a great option for vegans.
