500G CONFIT GARLIC & GRANA PADANO SOURDOUGH BLOOMER
It may look very similar to a plain white sourdough loaf, but this confit garlic and Grana Padano version is something else entirely - possibly the most delicious thing we have ever produced.
Slow cooking the garlic in oil, before adding it to the dough with the chunks of cheese, creates the most intensely rich yet mellow savoury flavour. Try it warmed through in the oven, with a little butter and some soup.
