CINNAMON bunS
Soft spiral buns made with sweet, enriched dough, flavoured with warmly spiced cinnamon paste and covered with a decent swathe of thick icing. They might not be the prettiest, but wait until you taste them...
We nestle two buns snugly together in a tray and bake them in situ to ensure they stay slightly doughy in the middle, retaining a comforting amount of stodge. Simply tear the corners of the tray to release the buns. Good eaten cold, but spectacular if you warm them in the microwave before eating - the dough will soften and steam, the cinnamon paste will ooze and the icing will melt into a glaze, dripping down through the swirls of the bun as you unravel it... heaven! |
